 1988 – I taught Kindergarten at Pilot Point, Texas

1989 – Began teaching third grade at Tom Bean Elementary,

          Tom Bean, Texas

        I have been married for 39 years to Jim Willis and have two daughters, Laura and Sarah.   I moved to Tom Bean 24 years ago because I love the small town atmosphere.  I have four beautiful grandchildren.  They are Maggie, Landry, Brock and Gabe, all of whom I adore.  I come from a family of nine children and value family traditions.

I believe that every child can and has the right to learn.
